The City of Kwinana employs more than 400 people in a range of diverse and challenging roles designed to best service the Kwinana community. The City has three Directorates with the responsibility for delivering important services to residents, providing administrative, financial and legislative support to City operations, and preparing stakeholder engagement strategies.

Health and wellbeing achievements

The City of Kwinana ensures that staff are encouraged to participate in local healthy events and activities. The City also supports healthy behaviours through policies and flexible working arrangements. They promote free use of community facilities which includes use of their recreation services and encourage other staff activities such as local walking trails.
The City's health and wellbeing messages are put in practise at social functions. They provide healthy catering, running games and activities, and encourage responsible drinking.
