"Dobbie employees experience a physically demanding and stressful workload. Investing in the health and wellbeing of our employees has delivered improvement with participant‘s enthusiasm and attitude and influenced other staff members to join the program. The health and wellbeing program has also positively impacted our bottom line with a major decline in employee absenteeism and injury rates which in turn provides savings on our Workers’ Compensation Insurance premiums"
