Edith Cowan University (ECU) is a large multi-campus institution serving communities in Western Australia and a significant cohort of international students. With more than 1700 staff, ECU has a large and diverse workforce, spread throughout the state.

Health and Wellbeing Achievements

ECU's dedicated health and wellbeing coordinator has implemented a variety of strategies across three sites. The coordinator is supported by a network of over 600 ‘legends’ that are provided with incentives to help promote the program and encourage staff involvement.

ECU’s wellness calendar consists of a broad range of health events, including lunch ’n’ learns, yoga, tai chi and cooking demonstrations.
