Health and Wellbeing Profile
The Denton's Workplace Health and Wellbeing Program has been running for 8 years and is overseen nationally by the Human Resources Department. Each year, Dentons aims to implement a variety of different initiatives across a range of wellness areas to ensure employees can participate in activities that suit their own individual interests, lifestyles and wellbeing goals.

Denton's has been involved with the Recognised Healthy Workplace Program since 2017 and in 2019 Dentons re-newed their Recognition as a Silver Healthy Workplace. Congratulations Dentons.
In order to implement a Workplace Health and Wellbeing Program that appealed to all employees, Dentons gathered feedback from all staff to identify areas of need and personal interest. With continued support from senior management, the Human Resources Team reviewed existing and past activities to ensure the Program included a range of initiatives regarding the SNAP lifestyle risk factors (smoking, nutrition, alcohol and physical activity) as well as mental health and wellbeing.
