Health and Wellbeing Achievements
Dentons’ workplace health and wellbeing program has been running for six years. The program is reviewed annually to align employee interests to their health and wellbeing objectives.
Their Perth office has dedicated champions who coordinate health and wellbeing initiatives for employees, including their staff partner, human resources team and head of office. The firm provides several incentives to encourage a healthy lifestyle, including:

The impact of these initiatives has been significant. Previously amateur runners have gone on to run full marathons after joining Dentons Running Club.
