Health and wellbeing achievements
With a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Committee, Gooding Partners has made a number of important changes over the past few years. The lunch room has a plentiful supply of fruit and nuts available to all staff members. They have held cooking demonstrations to educate and encourage staff about the importance of making healthier food choices. The company also encourages staff to participate in group fitness activities to build team spirit and morale. Some of the activities have included: group walks around the swan river, running sessions at Jacobs Ladder, group meditation classes and games of cricket against other accounting firms. A monthly health and wellbeing newsletter is also distributed to staff to increase their knowledge and awareness on a range of health topics.
"At Gooding Partners Chartered Accountants we believe that our staff are integral to the success of our business not just in the work they do, but the personal contribution they make. Through our Health and Wellbeing Committee, we support many initiatives to encourage personnel development, healthy lifestyle choices and activities for encouraging mental and physical wellbeing. It’s our people that make the difference."
