Pacvac is an international business based in Perth that has been operating for over 40 years. Pacvac designs and manufactures cleaning products for the Australian commercial cleaning market. With a dynamic, youthful and active group of talented staff, Pacvac seeks to constantly challenge how to conduct business and ensure stakeholders are always engaged in the company vision and mission.
Pacvac's Workplace Health and Wellbeing Program has been running for 6 months and is coordinated by the General Manager. In June 2019 Pacvac became a Bronze Recognised Healthy Workplace. Congratulations Pacvac.
Following Senior Management support for the implementation of a workplace health and wellbeing Program, Pacvac appointed a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to plan and oversee activities. The Health and Wellbeing Coordinator completed the HWWA Coordinator Training and engaged with staff to develop the workplace's Health and Wellbeing Action Plan.
With limited and competing resources, Pacvac introduced workplace health and wellbeing as a standing agenda item at monthly executive meetings where progress and planning for the future can be discussed.
