Leading by example, changing behaviour along the way

Healthy workers including teachers, lecturers and administration staff are vital to the everyday running of educational workplaces.  Staff are likely to be more motivated, productive and take less sick leave when supported by a comprehensive health and wellbeing program.

Aside from the obvious benefits to the work environment, a focus on health and wellbeing creates benefits for the wider community.

HWWA help make the process of developing a program easy with FREE information, tools and resources.

HWWA has run education focused training workshops for the Department of Education, supported ECU and UWA in gaining recognition for their program and supports education workplaces of all sizes to meet the health and wellbeing needs of their staff.
